Omg their broth is so creamy! Everything about their classic ramen was on point, creamy, filling and delicious! I wasn't sure I would love spinach in Ramen but I'm converted now! Service was good and fast!

You need to eat here! Absolutely delicious and fresh bowls, good portions for a decent price. I didn’t see anything bad in this place! The ramen looked really good, too. Couldn’t try them unfortunately, but I believe they will be good too. You should stop here and get some good food!

Three of us went on a Saturday night. We’ve tried the La Jolla location and wanted to try Fashion Valley since it’s closer to Chula Vista. Place is classy. Atmosphere is not dark and tables are clean. They have a machine at the door to register and text you when your table is ready. The wait for food isn’t long. We ordered the Classic Ramen. The Fried Gyoza and chicken Karaage were very tasty and juicy! Servers were courteous! Kudos to their Manager Calvin for training his staff well!

Not only great service, friendly servers, and spacious parking lots, but this was the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life. Appetizers were also must-try as their quality was excellent. If I visit San Diego again, I will make sure to come back to this place!

First time visiting San Diego and was craving ramen so we decided to visit this place which is conveniently located at the mall with ample parking. It was pretty busy during a holiday season Sunday lunch time but the service was quick and friendly. I tried the truffle ramen, broccolini, and other appetizers. The ramen has mushrooms and savory flavor, the portion was big enough. The broccolini was my favorite appetizer! It was crispy and tender, with great flavor of sesame dressing. I highly recommend this place!

Had the opportunity to try out the Silverlake ramen in LA and I can say that the Fashion Valley Silverlake is just as good. Went on Tuesday night and was seated right away. Ordered the Garlic Truffle Ramen w/ pork. Visually it looks amazing. Pork Broth was creamy and full of flavor with a subtle hint of truffle. Pork was thick, fatty and tender which I loved. Thought the kale and mushrooms were an okay addition... I'd rate this ramen the same with or without em. The marinated egg was also pretty good! The thick cut noodles really did a good job absorbing the flavorful broth as well. San Diego is blessed with quite a few great local ramen spots and this definitely makes it near the top. Plan to visit again and hopefully they keep it consistent in quality! Broth 5/5 Noodles 5/5 Toppings 5/5 Egg 4.5/5

Super amazing food and staff! They are quick and friendly! They also have a ton to choose from on the menu! I love coming here while I'm shopping for a quick bite to eat! Silverlake Ramen always knocks the ball out of the park! Highly recommend! Thank you, Silverlake Ramen staff!

Medium spicy shoyu is really hot. Atmosphere is enjoyable. Ramen is fusion style. The price in California is a good deal.
